摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在精索静脉曲张患者中的应用效果。方法 70例行精索静脉曲张手术患者,按照随机的方式分为A组与B组,每组35例。A组给予临床护理路径进行护理,B组给予常规护理方法进行护理。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院总花销、对护理服务的满意度情况。结果 A组患者的住院时间和住院总花销均优于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的护理满意度(97.14%)明显高于B组(77.14%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径对精索静脉曲张患者有良好的护理疗效,且能够有效减少患者的住院时间,节省患者的住院总花销,让患者满意,可在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in varicocele patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with varicocele surgery were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 35 cases in each group. Group A received clinical nursing pathway, and group B received conventional nursing method. Comparison were made on hospitalization time, overall hospitalization cost and satisfaction degree for nursing service in two groups. Results Group A had better hospitalization time and overall hospitalization cost than group B, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Group A had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree（97.14%） than group B（77.14%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway shows good nursing curative effect for varicocele patients, and it also can effectively reduce hospitalization time and overall hospitalization cost and meet patients＇ satisfaction. So it can be clinically promoted and used.
