摘要
目的观察口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损临床应用效果。方法选择2014年4月至2016年4月于我院治疗的错牙合伴牙列缺损患者100例作为观察对象,并根据随机原则将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。治疗组患者采用口腔正畸结合修复治疗,对照组患者采用常规修复治疗。观察、记录并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果与治疗满意度。结果治疗结束后,治疗组的总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规修复治疗,口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损的疗效更胜一筹,且后者还能够提高患者的治疗满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with prosthodontics on malocclusion complicated with dentition defect. Methods One hundred cases of patients with malocclusion complicated with dentition defect treated in our hospital from April 2014 and April 2016 were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with orthodontics combined with prosthodontics, while patients in the control group were treated with routine prosthodontics. The clinical effects and treatment satisfaction rates of the two groups were observed, recorded and compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment satisfaction of the treatment group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with malocclusion complicated with dentition defect, the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with prosthodontics has better clinical effect than routine prosthodontics, orthodontics combined with prosthodontics can also enhance the treatment satisfaction of patients, which has high clinical application value.
