摘要
目的探讨健康教育在子宫肌瘤患者中的护理效果。方法将2014年12月至2017年1月于我院行子宫肌瘤切除患者135例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组71例给予健康教育模式护理,对照组64例给予常规护理措施,观察两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况、护理工作满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者健康教育知识掌握情况和护理满意度均显著优于对照组,术前紧张、焦虑,术后腹胀、尿潴留等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗子宫肌瘤的过程中采用健康教育措施进行干预,可增强患者对子宫肌瘤知识的掌握情况和护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,临床效果显著,可推广使用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of health education in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods From December 2014 to January 2017, 135 cases of patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the study objects, which were randomly divided into study group with 71 cases received health education nursing, and control group with 64 cases accepted routine nursing. The master of health education knowledge, nursing satisfaction rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results The incidence of health education knowledge and nursing satisfaction rate in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions such as preoperative tension and anxiety, postoperative abdominal distension and urinary retention in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The intervention of health education during clinical treatment of uterine fibroids can enhance patients' knowledge of uterine fibroids and nursing care satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications, its clinical effect is remarkable, which can be applied and popularized.
