摘要
目的探讨血清孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)联合彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜厚度对异位妊娠(EP)早期诊断的临床价值。方法选取该院妇产科2015年3月至2016年6月收治的56例EP患者(EP组)、52例正常妊娠者(正常妊娠组)及52例自然流产者(自然流产组)作为研究对象,检测各组研究对象血清孕酮、β-HCG水平及子宫内膜厚度,并对结果进行分析。结果正常妊娠组研究对象血清孕酮、β-HCG水平及彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜厚度均明显高于EP组和自然流产组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);EP组患者血清孕酮、β-HCG水平及彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜厚度与自然流产组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清孕酮、β-HCG联合彩色多普勒超声对EP的检出率均明显高于单项检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清孕酮、β-HCG联合彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜厚度可提高早期EP诊断率,对早期EP的诊治具有重要临床意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of serum progesterone （P） and human chorionicgonadotropin（β- HCG） combined with color Doppler ultrasound for detecting endometrial thickness in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy （EP）. Methods Fifty-six cases of EP （EP group）, 52 cases of normal pregnancy （normal pregnancy group） and 52 cases of spontaneous abortions （abortion group） in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects. The levels of serum P and β-HCG, and endometrial thickness were measured. Then the results were analyzed. Results The serum P and β-HCG levels, and endometrial thickness in the normal pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the EP group and spontaneous abortion group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but which had no statistical difference between the EP group and spontaneous abortion group （P〉0.05） ;the EP detection rate of serum P and 15-HCG combined with color doppler ultrasound for detecting endometrial thickness was obviously higher than that of single item detection, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Serum P and β-HCG combined with color Doppler ultrasound for detecting endometrial thickness can increase early diagnostic rate of EP and has an important clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of EP.
