摘要
目前,商业化的白光LEDs主要通过"蓝光LED芯片+黄色Y_3Al_5O_(12):Ce^(3+)荧光粉"来实现白光发射,但是,Y_3Al_5O_(12):Ce^(3+)缺少红色发光成分,使得这种器件显色指数较低,色温较高,为了改善这种白光LEDs的性能,红色补偿粉成为了研究热点。本文主要阐述了Mn^(4+)掺杂红色荧光粉的最新进展,介绍了材料的合成方法,并对新型的高性能Mn^(4+)掺杂红色荧光粉所面临的问题进行了分析和总结。
At present, the most widely used method to obtain white light emission is the combination of a blue LED chip and a yellow phosphor Y3Al5O(12):Ce^3+. However, this kind of white LED has the poor color rendering index, and high CCT because of a lack of red component. In order to solve this problem, the red compensating phosphors were introduced. In this article, Mn^4+ doped red phosphors were importantly presented, and the new preparation methods were depicted, moreover, the problems of novel and high performance Mn^4+ doped red phosphor were analyzed and summarized.
