摘要 为研究大体积混凝土分层浇筑厚度较厚时有效温控措施问题,采用仿真分析的方法,研究分层浇筑厚度不同时,冷却管、空间立体冷却网温控措施下的温度、温度应力特性.分析得出:混凝土浇筑厚度为2 m时,冷却管降温效果良好,温度应力都在容许拉应力范围内;分层厚度为4 m时,单布设冷却管不能满足温控要求,而空间立体冷却网可以进一步缩减高温区域,温度应力都在容许拉应力范围内,将空间立体冷却网与分层连续浇筑施工有效的结合起来,可以达到缩短工期的目的.这为相关大体积混凝土施工温控提供参考依据. To study the issue of the effective measures of temperature control when the thickness of mass concrete layered pouring is thicker, this paper used the method of the simulation analysis to study the temperature and temperature stress characteristic of the cooling tube and three-dimensional cooling net with different thickness of layered pouring. The conclusion of the analysis shows that when the thickness is 2 m, the cooling pipe effect is good, and the tensile stress is within the allowable range; when the thickness is 4 m, it can't satisfy the requirement of temperature control only laid cooling tube, but the three-dimensional cooling net can further reduce temperature region, and the stress are within the range, effectively combining the three-dimensional cooling net with the layered construction contributes to achieve shortening the construction period. This provides a reference for the temperature control for mass concrete constructions.
