增塑处理对棉杆韧皮纤维素膜性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以棉秆韧皮为试验原料,通过脱胶后进行纤维素提取,最后制备纤维素膜,取其中部分纤维素膜在30%的丙三醇溶液中进行增塑处理,通过进行对比实验,探究增塑处理对棉杆韧皮纤维素膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:经过增塑处理后的纤维素膜,纤维素大分子中有丙三醇的渗入,其力学性能有所降低,有利于纤维素膜的降解。但是,纤维素膜的透光性和透湿性有所提高。纤维素薄膜能够起到一定的增温作用,且经过增塑处理后纤维素膜的增温效果有所降低。 The cellulose drawn from the cotton stalk bast fibers by degumming, was used to prepare the cellulose membrane. And some of cellulose was treated in the 30% glycerol solution. Then the influence of plasticizing process on the property of the cellulose membrane was conducted by the comparative experiment. The results showed that the cellulose membrane treated by plasticizing process, which was beneficial to the degradation of the cellulose membrane, had a decrease in the mechanical property due to infiltrating of glycerol into the cellulose macro molecules. While the translucent property and moisture permeability was improved, the warming effect of cellulose membrane decreased by plasticizing process.
