Development and application of traditional machining and numerical control machining in machinery industry

摘要 文章介绍了机械加工从传统加工到数控加工的发展过程。并从加工工艺、刀具路径、热变形等七个方面对传统加工和数控加工进行了比较,传统加工工序多、效率低,而数控加工更加高效、自动化程度更高,更适合形状复杂、精度要求高的零件加工。传统加工是数控加工的基础,数控加工是传统加工的发展。对未来机械行业的发展趋势进行了预测,为机械行业的研究方向提供了参考。 The article introduced the developing process of mechanical working from traditional processing to NC processing. Besides, a comparison between them was made from seven aspects including processing technology, tool path, thermal deformation, and so on. The traditional processing has more processing steps and lower effi- cient. However, the NC processing has a higher efficient and automatic extent, suiting the part processing with complicated shape and high accurate demand. Traditional processing is the base of NC processing, while NC pro- cessing is the development of traditional processing. Finally, the developing tendency in the future of mechanical field was predicted, which provided a reference for the research direction in mechanical field.
