摘要
目的:分析河北省2010~2012年儿童恶性肿瘤发病死亡情况以及1974~2012年儿童恶性肿瘤死亡趋势。方法:收集河北省肿瘤登记地区2010~2012年肿瘤登记资料,估计河北省0~14岁儿童恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况,并与三次死因回顾调查资料进行比较,分析河北省儿童恶性肿瘤死亡趋势。采用1982年中国标化人口构成和Segi’s世界人口构成分别计算中国和世界人口年龄标化发病/死亡率。结果:2010~2012年河北省肿瘤登记地区儿童恶性肿瘤发病率和世界标化率分别为7.85/10万和7.73/10万。男性发病率和世标率分别为8.53/10万和8.38/10万,女性发病率和世标率分别为7.07/10万和6.97/10万,男性高于女性。河北省儿童恶性肿瘤发病第一位的是白血病,其次为脑及中枢神经系统肿瘤、恶性淋巴瘤、肝癌和结直肠癌。1973~1975年,1990~1992年,2004~2005年和2010~2012年四个时期河北省儿童恶性肿瘤世界标化死亡率分别为5.31/10万,3.11/10万,4.47/10万和4.24/10万,呈小幅波动,整体呈下降趋势。结论:河北省儿童恶性肿瘤疾病负担较重,应提高对儿童恶性肿瘤的预防和早诊早治。
Objective:To analyze the incidence and mortality of childhoodcancerin 2010-2012 and the mortality trend of childhoodcancer during 1974-2012in Hebei Province. Methods:The incidence and mortality of cancers diagnosed among persons aged 0-14 during 2010-2012 areevaluated. Wecompare it with data on three of retrospective surveys of the causes of mortality and analyze the trend of childhoodcancer. Chinese population census in 1982 and Segi’s populations were used for age-standardized incidence/mortality rates. Results: The crude incidence in Hebei cancer registration areas was 7.85/105 and age-standardized incidence rates by world standard population (ASIRW) was 7.73/105 in 2010-2012.The crude incidence (8.53/105) and the ASIRW (8.38/105) for male were higher than them (7.07/105 and 6.97/105) for female.Leukemia was the most common childhood cancer followed by brain and central nervous system tumor, lymphomas, liver cancer and colorectal cancer.The age-standardized mortality rates by world standard population (ASMRW) of childhoodcancer were 5.31/10^5, 3.11/10^5, 4.47/10^5 and 4.24/10^5 in1973-1975, 1990-1992, 2004-2005and 2010-2012.The mortality is on the decrease as a whole.Conclusion: It’s a heavy burden of childhood cancer in Hebei province. Prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancershould be strengthened.
