摘要
采用冲击副模型 ,利用扰动坐标法和拉格朗日方程分别针对间隙位于不同连接副处的平面曲柄滑块机构进行动力学建模 ,并对机构的动力学响应进行对比分析研究 .结果表明 :间隙所处的位置显著地影响着机构的运动 ,而含间隙机构中普遍存在混沌现象 .
Based on perturbation coordinate approach and Lagrange equation, adopting Impact Pair Model, the planar slider-crank mechanisms with clearance located in different pairs are modeled. Their dynamic responses are studied contrastively. The result shows that the motion is notably affected by clearances located in different pairs and chaos generally exists in mechanism with clearance.
