摘要
以带轴向流动的泰勒反应器为研究主体,考察在不同轴向雷诺数和泰勒数下,泰勒涡反应器内化学物质的流动特性和传热传质特性。结果表明,泰勒数的增加使得圆筒间隙内流体的流态发生了规律的变化,泰勒涡的产生在一定程度上增强了反应器的传热特性,其变化规律可有助于泰勒反应器在化学工业上的发展。
The Taylor-vortex flow reactor with axial flow was studied by using computational fluid dynamics. The results of the simulation showed that the flow characteristic was affected by Taylor number, and the heat transfer characteristics could be enhanced by Taylor-vortex. The conclusions could help to development of the Taylor-vortex reactor.
