露天储煤场抑尘剂的制备和特性 被引量:6

摘要 采用聚醚二元醇和环氧树脂反应制备预聚体,然后通过预聚体和含酸性基团的聚合物(disperbyk-110)反应,再添加白色填料上色,制备出一种白色液体抑尘剂。对抑尘剂的毒理效应、成膜性能、对煤质的影响以及表面固化层的抗风蚀和抗雨淋性能进行了表征。结果表明:该抑尘剂无毒、无刺激性,喷淋过程中不会对作业人员产生有害影响;该抑尘剂喷洒于煤炭表面,能使煤炭表面形成明显的白色固化层,该固化层具有一定的韧性、抗压强度、抗风蚀和抗雨淋性能;抑尘剂的使用不会改变煤炭的原有质量。使用该抑尘剂能够避免煤炭在储存中的扬尘污染和损失,达到较好的抑尘效果。 Prepolymer was prepared by reacting polyether diol with epoxy resin. Then the copolymer was obtained by copolymerization of the prepolymer with an acid group-containing polymer (disperbyk-110). A white liquid dust suppressant was obtained by adding the white filler to the copolymer. It was evaluated such as the toxicology, the film-forming performance, the influence on the coal quality of the dust suppressant and the wind erosion resistance, water resistance performance of solidified layer respectively. The results showed that the dust supperssant was nontoxic, unstimulated and unharmful to operation workers. The white solidified layer was of good toughness, compressive strength, wind erosion resistance, water resistance by spraying the dust supperssant on coal and the quality of coal was not affected after using the dust suppressor. The application of this dust supperssant will not only reduce particle pollution but also decrease the loss of coal in coal storage.
