炼钢含铁原料成分的X荧光光谱法测定

摘要 本文采用实际生产的样品建立工作曲线.消除基体效应,得到线性较好的工作曲线,从而实现对含铁原料的快速分析,分析结果与化学分析进行对比,结果均在允许误差范围之内。实验表明,该分析方法速度快,准确度高,稳定性好,节约成本和降低劳动力,减少酸性有毒溶液的排放。 Working curves are established with actual productive samples, matrix effects are eliminat- ed and linear working curves are obtained so that the elements in ferrous material are fast determined. By comparing the ingredients from X fluorescence spectrometric method with those from chemical analysis method, it is shown that the difference of each ingredient between X fluorescence spectro- metric method and chemical analysis method is in the scope of allowable error. The experiments show that this X fluorescence spectrometric method is fast, accurate, stable, energy saving and labor saving and makes acid toxic solution discharge decrease.
