摘要
集气站不稳定凝析油向处理厂管输过程中,因未达设计输量,输送过程中压力降低,轻烃组分、天然气逐渐析出,易出现气阻现象,造成凝析油管线压差过大的问题,导致管道起始端超压从而无法正常生产的情况出现。分别通过清管作业、注水置换或改变末端压力的方式在短时间内缓解管道压差不再继续增大;可通过新建闪蒸流程、天然气增压和原油泵输的流程,有效解决凝析油管道压差大的问题,但新建压缩机投资高,后期运行维护成本高,暂未实施;在周边稳定凝析油拉运点建设输油泵和输油管线接入集气站凝析油出口处,提高凝析油管线输量,从而有效解决凝析油管输压差大的问题,且能降低凝析油拉运费。
Due to the development of condensate gas field,wellhead gas-liquid transportation, pipeline transportation at gas gathering are usually adopted. As the condensate after separation contains saturated dissolved gas, during transmission process, because of the pressure reducing, light hydrocarbon and natural gas are separated gradually. To avoid air resistance, which may result in larger differential pressure for condensate pipeline and abnormal operation due to overpressure at starting section, pigging, injection replacement or changing terminal pressure are used to relieve the differential pressure from increasing in short time; by establishing new process for flashing, gas boosting and crude oil pump flow, the issue of large differential pressure for condensate pipeline can be solved effectively. Y et, as new compressor is coming with high investment and operation and maintenance costs at later stage, it is not implemented temporarily ; oil pump and oil pipelines can be set up at the surrounding stable condensate site to connect the outlet of condense at gathering station to enhance the output of condensate pipeline and effectively solve the issue of high differential pressure for condensate.
