摘要
针对汽车胎压监控不当,引起爆胎导致交通事故的问题,设计一个基于气压传感器的数字胎压系统,主要包含AT89C51单片机、MPX4115压力传感器、A/D转换模块ADC0832和七段数码管液晶显示器模块。通过Proteus环境下的电路原理图设计,以及Proteus和Keil的联合调试,获得轮胎胎压的模拟值。经过单片机处理后在数码管中显示胎压值,起到实时监控汽车胎压的作用,同时确保行车安全。仿真结果表明,本系统结构简单,成本低,易于操作和移植推广。
Facing on the problem that tire blowout causes traffic accident due to inappropriate automobile tire pressure monitoring,a digital tire pressure system based on air pressure sensor has been designed,it mainly includes AT89C51,MPX4115 pressure sensor,A/D conversion module ADC0832,and liquid crystal display with seven-segment digital tube. Circuit principle diagram has been designed in the Proteus environment,and the method of joint debugging between Proteus and Keil has been adopted. It can obtain the simulation value of tire pressure,then the tire pressure value will display in the digital tube by single chip microcomputer. This can monitor the automobile tire pressure in real time,and ensure the driving safety. The system based on simulation software provides the development efficiency,reduces the design cost,in addition,this system has the advantages of simple structure and low cost,and is easy to operate and transplantation.
