摘要
以单片微波集成电路(MMIC)INA02186为核心,VCA824和HMC470为增益控制芯片,设计了一种可变增益放大器。单片机(MCU)通过D/A转换控制VCA824实现增益的粗调节,同时控制HMC470实现增益的细调节,在20~300MHz甚高频(VHF)带上实现了-19~52 d B的增益控制。放大器具有宽频带、低噪声和增益控制精确等特点。
A new variable gain amplifier which was based on Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit( MMIC)INA02186,and the gain control chips VCA824 and HMC470 was designed. VCA824 was controlled by DAC with MCU and HMC470 by MCU,and they fulfilled the rough and fine adjustment,respectively. The amplifier had a splendid gain range from-19 d B to 52 d B with a wide bandwidth of 20 MHz to 300 MHz,i. e.,a very high frequency( VHF) band.The amplifier had the character of wide pass band,low noise and precious gain control.
