摘要
本文以天津市区域卫生工作平台为列,探讨了在大型复杂信息系统工程项目管理中遇到的问题及解决方法。主要以项目需求管理、整体管理、进度管理、沟通管理四方面理论指导项目建设,实现了项目预期的建设目标。
Based on the regional health work platform of Tianjin as the column, explores the problems in large and complex information systems engineering project management problems and solutions. Mainly in the project requirements management, integrated management, schedule management, communication management four areas theory to guide the project construction, and the project is expected to achieve the goal of building.
