摘要
小学教育专业是培养小学教师的摇篮.小学教育专业要培养出社会需求和地方基础教育需要 的“高素质、综合型、重实用、技能强”的合格小学教师,其职业技能水平不可忽视,因此,笔者建构了专 科小学教育专业“四课堂、三步走、四结合”的职业技能训练体系,提升学生的职业技能水平,以期培 养合格的小学教育师资.
Elementary education major is the cradle of cultivating primary school teachers. To cultivate the qualified primary school teachers with high-quality and comprehensive practical skills to meet the social demand and need of the local basic education, the cultivation of their professional skill could not be ignored. Therefore, the author constructs the occupation skill training s^tem for primary school education major students as “four classes,three steps,four combination ＂ to enhance students, professional skill level in order to cultivate qualified primary school teachers.
