摘要 针对大规模定制环境下制造企业绩效的度量往往不考虑柔性或柔性不能得到有效计算的问题,提出了包括柔性维度在内的多维度的绩效度量模型。在综合考虑柔性维度对合理度量绩效存在影响的条件下,引入以柔性、财务、质量、时间、质量管理活动和创新与学习这六个维度为主要支撑的平衡计分卡思想(FFQQTI-BSC)以及综合评价法,利用九个指标并使用评价加权的方法对制造系统的柔性维度进行客观评价,并给出其柔性评价计算公式,整合构建出包含柔性在内的多维度绩效度量模型。通过对M企业进行实例应用得到M企业的综合绩效评价值为C(一般),而行业典型企业N的评价值为A(很好),验证了其与行业典型企业存在较大差距,最后通过分析给予M企业提升绩效的发展建议,证明该模型具有合理度量绩效的可行性和针对问题提升绩效的指导意义。 In the background as mass customization environment, concerning the problem that the measurement of manufacturing enterprise performance rarely considers flexibility or flexible computing cannot be effectively done, a multidimensional performance measurement model considering flexibility was put forward. Because flexible dimension could affect the reasonable measurement of performance, six dimensions such as Flexibility, Finance, Quality, Time, Quality Management Activity, and Innovate Learn were applied to be the main supports of BSC( Balanced Score Card) and comprehensive evaluation method( FFQQTI-BSC). Under the comprehensive consideration of the fact that flexible dimension affected the reasonable measurement of performance, nine dimensions and the evaluation weighted methods were used to objectively evaluate the flexibility, and the performance measurement model based on flexibility was built as well. The experimental results showed that evaluation result of enterprise M was C( normal) while the evaluation result of typical enterprise N was A( great), which verified that there is big gap between M and N. Then through giving developmental advises based on analysis of M, the feasibility of reasonably measuring enterprise performance and the guiding significance to improve performance concerning specified problem of this model had been proved.
