摘要
我国经济进入新常态,铁路快货运输迎来良好发展机遇。从铁路快速货运现状分析出发,以问题为导向,对快速货运硬件(铁路高速铁路、普速铁路通道,主要运输节点、运载及装卸设备)和软件(运输组织模式、标准化、信息化、智能化等)环境方案进行研究。提出铁路快速货运应依托高速铁路网,普速铁路网的网路优势,在国家综合物流通道基础上,优化完善铁路快运通道布局,着力构建铁路快运运输通道和物流节点,满足市场对快速货运的要求。
The economic development of our country enters a new normal stage and the rapid rail freight is facing a good development opportunity. The author embarks from the railway fast freight status quo analysis and focuses on problems to study the environment programs for the development of rapid freight hardware(corridors of high speed railway and conventional rail,main transport nodes and carrying and handling equipment) and software(rapid freight organization mode,business process standardization,informationization,and intellectualization). It is concluded that rapid railway freight should be based on the advantages in high-speed rail network and normal rail network, and on the basis of national comprehensive logistics channels,rapid rail corridor distribution is optimized and construction of rapid rail corridors and logistics nodes is fulfilled so as to meet the requirement for fast freight.
