摘要
宏程序是数控车床系统提供的一种高级手工编程方式。在数控车床上加工一些形状复杂但却有一定规律性的零件时,应用宏程序编程是一种相对理想的途径。但是由于宏程序编程中存在自变量确定、坐标系转换等困难,很多用户望而却步。本文设计了一种宏程序编程模板,该模板具有逻辑性强、程序简单、修改方便等特点。它能够有效降低数控机床中宏程序编程的难度,并在实际生产中具有广泛的适用性。
The macro program is an advanced manual programming method of a numerical control system (NC). When some complex parts, such as those with elliptical, parabolic or hyperbolic curves, are processed ,the macro programming is a relatively ideal method. But there are also some difficulties existing in macro programming, such as how to determine independent variables and how to achieve transferring of axes. According to these problems,a macro - programming template was proposed and designed in this paper. This template has the characteristics of strong logic, simple programming and easy modification. It can effectively reduce the degrees of difficulty in macro programming of a NC system. And it can also be widely used in actual production.
