摘要
运用文献资料法、归纳演绎法对我国竞技体育的考核与评价这一议题进行探索。在我国竞技体育的集体利益至上的环境下,竞技体育迅速发展,尤其是2008年北京奥会上蝉联金牌榜榜首的位置,举世瞩目。然而,辉煌的背后却令人深思,通过对我国竞技体育的本质解读及历史沿革追溯,发现"金牌第一"的单一考核与评价方式严重扭曲我国竞技体育的发展。为此,提出了实施"管办分离"的竞技体育考核与评价办法、构建多元化的竞技体育考核评价体系及单项协会实体化、实施俱乐部负责制的考核与评价办法,旨在更好地为我国竞技体育考核与评价提供参考与借鉴。
This paper explores the topic of the assessment and evaluation of competitive sports in China by by using litera- ture and induction and deductive methods. Under the circumstance that the collective interest of China＇s competitive sports in the first position, competitive sports develop rapidly, especially winning the gold medal in the top position in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, which obtained the world＇s attention. However, it deserved thought-provoking behind the brilliant. Through the interpretation of nature and the historical evolution of China＇s competitive sports, this paper found that the single assessment of ＂gold first＂ seriously distorts the development of competitive sports in China. Therefore ,this paper puts forward the implementation of the ＂management and enforcement separation＂ of the competitive sports assessment and evaluation methods,to build a diversified competitive sports assessment and evaluation system and the individual association of the entity, and to implement the assessment and evaluation methods of club responsibility system, which aims at better providing reference for China＇s competitive sports assessn/ent and evaluation.
