摘要
为了提高天然气中乙烷产品的回收率,对一种用于天然气乙烷回收的SRC新工艺进行研究,并对该工艺的流程特性进行分析,考察了原料气气质组成、脱乙烷塔操作压力、脱甲烷塔气相侧线抽出量、抽出位置以及侧线压缩机出口压力对乙烷回收率的影响。研究表明,乙烷回收率随脱甲烷塔压力的降低而增大,而随气相在脱甲烷塔中抽出量和侧线压缩机出口压力的增大先增大后减小,并随着抽出位置的下移而减小。此外,该流程对原料气不同气质具有很好的适应性,乙烷收率能达98%以上。
In order to improve ethane recovery from natural gas, a new SRC process for the recovery of ethane was researched. The characteristics of the process were analyzed, and the effects of feed gas composition, deethanizer pressure, gas side-drawing amount and position of the demethanizer and outlet pressure of the side line compressor on the recovery of ethane were investigated. The results show that the recovery of ethane increases with the decrease of demethanizer pressure, and increases at first and then decreases with the increases of the gas side-drawing amount of the demethanizer and the outlet pressure of the side line compressor, and decreases with the moving down of the side-drawing position. In addition, the process has good adaptability to the feed gases with different compositions, and the recovery of ethane can reach more than 98%.
