摘要
固定床内的局部流动和传热过程直接影响反应产率和反应器结构安全,对于固定床反应器内部反应特征研究一直是一个颇具挑战性的问题。实测法和数学模拟的方法广泛应用于该类反应器内部压力场、温度场以及流动特性等场分布的研究。本文综述分析了固定床反应器内部场分布计算机模拟研究进展,从宏观尺度、介尺度、微尺度对研究内容和研究方法进行探讨,对该方面的后续研究做了展望。
The local flow and heat transfer process in the fixed bed directly affect the reaction yield and the safety of the reactor structure. The research on the internal reaction characteristics of the fixed bed reactor has been a challenging problem. The methods of measurement and mathematical simulation are widely used in the study of the internal pressure field, temperature field and flow characteristics of the reactor. This paper reviews the progress of the computer simulation of the internal field distribution of the fixed bed reactor, and discusses the research contents and research methods at the macro, meso and micro scales, and gives some useful advises to the further study.
