摘要
目的 研究磷酸肌酸钠辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的疗效及对其血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与心肌酶的影响.方法 选取2012年11月至2016年8月66例新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例.两组均给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯钠液、低流量吸氧等治疗,观察组加用磷酸肌酸钠辅助治疗,比较两组总有效率、治疗前和治疗后14 d IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及心肌酶指标[肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)]水平.结果 观察组总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.346,P〈0.05);观察组治疗后14 d IL-6和TNF-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组治疗后14 d cTnI、CK-MB、CK显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害以磷酸肌酸钠辅助治疗可改善患儿心肌功能,缓解机体炎症反应,显著提高疗效,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of creatine phosphate on hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury and its effects on serum interleukin-6 and myocardial enzymes.Methods From November 2012 to August 2016, 66 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 33 cases in each group.The two groups were given monosialo four hexose ganglioside sodium liquid, low flow oxygen inhalation therapy, and the observation group were given creatine phosphate in addition.The total efficiency, levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and myocardial enzyme indexes[troponin I(cTnI), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), creatine kinase(CK)] before treatment and after 14 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%, which was higher than that of the control group(72.73%), the difference was significant (x2=5.346, P〈0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after 14 days of treatment, the differences were significant (P〈0.05).The levels of cTnI, CK-MB, CK were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after 14 days of treatment, the differences were significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions Sodium phosphocreatine adjuvant therapy in treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage, can improve the cardiac function in children, relieve the inflammation and significantly improve the curative effect, so it is worthy of promotion.
