生脉注射液联合复方丹参注射液对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者血清中ET-1和NPY的影响 被引量:5

Effect of shengmai injection combined with compound danshen injection on ET-1 and NYP in patients with chronic heart failure

摘要 目的 观察生脉注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的效果,分析这种治疗对患者血清中血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和神经肽Y(NPY)的影响.方法 选择确诊的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者190例作为研究对象.按随机分组的原则分为两组,观察组95例,在常规治疗基础上加用生脉注射液联合复方丹参注射液进行治疗,对照组95例,在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参注射液进行治疗,分析两组疗效及中ET-1和NPY的变化.结果 观察组治疗后显效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后血清中ET-1和NPY表达的下降值明显高于对照组.结论 生脉注射液联合复方丹参注射液对冠心病慢性心力衰竭的治疗作用明显,且能有效下调血清中ET-1和NPY的表达,减少由ET-1和NPY诱发的级联反应,临床中可以积极应用. Objective To observe the therapeutic effect, expressions of ET-1 and NPY in patients with chronic heart failure by shengmai injection combined with compound danshen injection.Methods The 190 patients with chronic heart failure were randomized divided into two groups.The observation group was given shengmai injection combined with compound danshen injection.The control group was given compound danshen injection.The expressions and changes of ET-1 and NPY were observed before and after treatment.Results The significant efficiency were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group.The decreased value of ET-1 and NPY were higher in the observation group than those in the control group.Conclusions The treatment of shengmai injection combined with compound danshen injection can improve the effect, decrease the expressions of ET-1 and NPY, so it should be applied in clinical.
