摘要
针对广播电视视听节目内容中重复性广告的监听、监看等实际业务需求,对广告智能监测的整体思路与框架进行了探讨,基于音视频模板匹配、疑似广告发现等相关技术的先进成果,提出一种基于重复性特性的广播电视智能监测系统方案,在此基础上设计了一套业务应用系统。实际应用效果表明,广播电视广告智能监测系统智能化程度高,能够大幅减轻监测人员的工作负荷与心理压力,实现常规广告监测的自动化。
In order to satisfy the real demands for monitoring repetitive advertisements in radio and TV audiovi- sual programs, this paper discusses about the whole idea and framework of intelligent advertisement monito- ring. With the aid of the teehnologiessuch as audiovisual template matching, suspected advertising mining, this paper proposes a solution for intelligent radio and TV monitoring using the advertisement duplicate fea- tures. On this basis, this paper finally designs an application monitoring system for advertisements in audiovi- sual programs. The practical application results demonstrate that this system can achieve high degree of intelli- gence and perform conventional monitoring well, which can largely reduce the workload and pressure of moni- toring staff.
