摘要 TGF-β信号通路与肺纤维化密切相关。通过阻断其信号通路来抑制纤维化的进程,成为肺纤维化治疗的研究热点。TGF-β/Smads通路被认为是TGF-β信号传导的经典通路,最新研究证明包括PI3K/Akt、MAPK、NF-κB、Notch等通路也参与了TGF-β信号的转导与调控。TGF-β信号的转导与调控是一个涉及多通路多靶点的复杂过程。目前,肺纤维化的治疗手段依然十分有限,进一步探明TGF-β信号传导通路对于发现肺纤维化的有效治疗靶点,积极开发传统中药及维生素类药物,发现更多有效的基因及干细胞治疗等新型治疗技术,控制肺纤维化的进程具有重要意义。 TGF-β signaling pathway is closely related to pulmonary fibrosis. It has become a hot spot in the treatment for pulmonary fibrosis by blocking its signaling pathway and inhibiting the progression of fibrosis. The TGF-β/Smads pathway is considered to be the classical pathway of TGF-β signaling transduction. However, the latest studies show that the pathways including PI3K/Akt, MAPK, NF- KB, Notch and others are also involved in the TGF-β signaling transduction and regulation. The process of TGF-β signaling transduction and regulation is complex involving multiple pathways and multiple targets. Till now, the treatment for pulmonary fibrosis is still inadequate. Therefore, further exploration into the TGF-β signaling pathway will be of important significance in finding effective therapeutic targets for pulmonary fibrosis, actively developing traditional Chinese medicine and Vitamin drugs, discovering more effective genes and stem-cell therapy and other new treatment technology, and controlling the progression of pulmonary fibrosis.
