摘要
目前3D打印技术在临床医学领域中的应用越来越广泛。在骨科教学中,针对复杂脊柱关节畸形病例,将放射影像与3D打印成形的实体教具相结合,开展个体化和精准化的教学尝试,让学生对模型进行模拟手术操作,定制个性化的手术方案,有助于理解疾病的病因病理,掌握空间和解剖结构,增加模拟手术操作机会,达到了个体化和精准化教学的目的。3D打印模型能够使学生更为直观和生动地体会病例的解剖形态和畸形特点,在模型上的实体操作也会显著提升课堂学习的趣味性和活跃程度,有利于培养个体化的临床思维方式,强化学习的质量和效果,具有广泛的应用前景。
The using of 3D printing technique in the clinical medicine is more and more widely. The 3D printed models were used in educational activities combined with radiographic images m complex spmat or joint cletortnlty cases in orthopedic clinical teaching in order to individualize and accurate teaching methods and customize surgical plans. The 3D printed models can help students learn anatomical morphology and abnormal characteristics of cases intuitively and vividly. The simulation operation on the models can improve the interest and liveness of students in class. The 3D printing technology is expected in training individualized clinical thinking and strengthening the quality and effect of orthopedic medical education in the future.
