摘要血清胱抑素C（Cys-C）是一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,既往作为评价早期肾功能损害的指标之一.近年研究发现,Cys-C与心力衰竭的发生、发展及预后有着密切的联系.文章主要阐述Cys-C与心力衰竭的相关性研究进展. Serum cystatin C （Cys-C） is a cysteine protease inhibitor and has been used as an indicator of early renal function damage.The recent studies have found that Cys-C is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of heart failure.This article reviews the recent research progress on the association between Cys-C and heart failure.
