摘要
人力资源管理是图书馆管理的重要组成部分,为厘清国内学者在高校图书馆人力资源管理这一研究领域的现状,文章对这一研究主题的文献进行了统计、整理与分析,呈现出了这一研究的总体容貌以及研究内容,并针对问题提出了不足,进行了展望,以期为相关学者研究图书馆人力资源提供参考。
Human resource management is an important part of library management. In order to clarify the status of domestic scholars in human resource management' s field, this paper has carried on the statistics, the collation and the analysis to the literature in this research field, and showed the overall appearance, research content, deficiencies and outlook of human resource management in university library, hoping to provide reference for scholars to carry out further study on this research area.
