摘要
采用反相悬浮法,通过接枝共聚合反应,制备了具有三维网格结构的β-环糊精基金属离子吸附树脂。对聚合反应的反应温度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、丙烯酸中和度等条件进行优化,确定了最佳聚合反应条件。采用FTIR、^(13)CNMR、SEM、DSC等手段表征了产物的物化结构;采用静态法研究了吸附树脂的吸附性能;吸附动力学,分别采用准一阶方程、准二阶方程、Elovich方程、分子间扩散方程拟合。结果表明:每克树脂对质量浓度为80 mg/L的Cd^(2+)溶液吸附金属离子容量为78.94 mg,去除率为52.69%,树脂对Cd^(2+)的吸附更符合准一阶方程、粒子内扩散方程。
A novel β-cyclodextrin based resin with 3D network was synthesized by the reaction of inverse suspension co-polymeri- zation and graft copolymerization. The physical and chemistry structure of resin was characterized by FTIR, DSC, SEM and is CNMR. The adsorption behavior of Cd2+ on resin was investigated. Adsorption kinetics data were fitted by pseudo-first-or- der equation, pseudo-second-order equation, Elovich equation and intra-partiele diffusion equation. The adsorption capaci- ty of the resin to 80 mg/L Cd2+ is 78.94 mg/g. The adsorption data of Cd2+ on resin was well fitted to pseudo-first-order e- quation and intra-particle diffusion equation.
