摘要
基于产业集聚相关研究的分析,利用区位商、空间基尼系数和行业集中度等3个指标对2014年福建省九地市制造业20个行业的空间集聚水平进行综合测算,发现福建省制造业的产业集聚现象显著,但存在优势产业以传统的劳动密集型产业和资源密集型产业为主,不同行业集聚水平存在差异且整体集聚水平较低,以及区域之间产业同构化严重和地区发展不均衡等问题。同时,进一步选取2005-2011年福建省20个制造业行业数据对制造业集聚水平影响因素进行面板回归分析,结果表明:不同行业层面和地区层面的因素对福建省制造业集聚水平的影响不同。基于此,提出福建省制造业集聚水平提升的相关建议:(1)促进传统优势产业进一步集聚,提高资本密集型产业和技术密集型产业的集聚水平;(2)加强沿海地区与内陆地区分工协作,促进产业集聚和缩小区域发展差距;(3)引导区域特色产业集聚,提高主导产业集聚水平和集聚效率。
Based on the analysis of relevant researches on industrial agglomeration,this paper measures the spatial agglomeration level of 20 manufacturing industries in nine prefecture-level cities of Fujian in 2014 through three indicators,i.e. location quotient,spatial Gini coefficient and industry concentration. It is found that manufacturing industry in Fujian shows remarkable industrial agglomeration. However,most of the competitive industries are traditional labor-intensive and resource-intensive ones. In addition,different industries have different aggregation levels and the overall agglomeration levels are quite low. What＇s more,the industries are seriously isomorphic and regional development is unbalanced. At the same time,20 manufacturing industries＇ data from 2005 to 2011 are selected to conduct a panel regression analysis about the influencing factors of agglomeration level. Based on the above results,this paper raises some suggestions to improve manufacturing industry＇ s agglomeration level. First,promote the further integration of traditional industries and improve the agglomeration level of capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries. Second,strengthen the cooperation between coastal and inland areas,promote industrial agglomeration and narrow the regional development gap. Third,guide the agglomeration of regional characteristic industries and improve agglomeration level and efficiency of leading industries.
