摘要
[目的]探讨针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎(Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,CPID)的取穴规律,为临床治疗选穴提供参考依据。[方法]检索2006年1月至2016年5月中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、维普全文期刊数据库(Full-text periodical database,VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang database,WF)中针灸治疗CPID的临床报道和临床研究,分析总结针灸治疗该病的取穴规律。[结果]共纳入文献58篇,常用腧穴57个,最常用的5个腧穴为三阴交、关元、中极、足三里、气海;涉及经脉9条,分别为足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经、任脉、足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经、足少阳胆经、足少阴肾经、手阳明大肠经、督脉。常用腧穴的分部以腹部、下肢和腰背部为主;特定穴以募穴、下合穴、合穴与背俞穴的使用频次较高。[结论]针灸治疗CPID取穴繁多,但仍具有一定的规律,这些规律对临床治疗取穴具有积极的参考意义,因此值得去探讨和分析。
[Objective] To analyze regularities in point selection on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease（CPID） and provide reference for the clinical treatment of selected points. [Method] Clinical reports and clinical studies retrieved from January 2006 to May 2016 China HowNet（CNKI）, full-text periodical database （VIP）, Wanfang Database（WF） in acupuncture treatment of CPID,analyze and summarize acupuncture treatment of the disease acupoints regularities. [Results] 58 articles with a total of 57 acupoints and 9 meridians were included. Acupuncture treatment CPID most common five acupoints were arranged in order,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Zusanli,Qihai;the meridians of respectively used acupoints were the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin,the stomach meridian of foot-yangming, ten meridian, the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,the liver meridian of foot-jueyin,the gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang, the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin,the large intestine of hand-yangming, du meridian. The meridian mainly related to the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin,the stomach meridian of foot-yangming ,ten meridian;the main point of the segment to abdomen, leg and lower back;the higher the specific points including Mu points, Xia-he points, He points and Bei-shu points.[Conclusion] The aeupoint selection of treating CPID is still complex,but there are still certain regular methods to follow.It has a positive reference significance to the clinic.
