下胫腓联合损伤治疗研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 近年来,下胫腓联合损伤在足踝外科的发病率逐年升高,约占急性踝关节损伤的1%-11%。下胫腓联合对维持踝关节的稳定性尤为重要,分离时常合并踝关节骨折,漏诊或治疗不当易出现踝部长期慢性疼痛、创伤性关节炎、踝关节不稳定等并发症,严重影响了患者的生活质量。下胫腓联合损伤的治疗方法较多。
