The experience of specialty construction of the department of eardiopathy of traditional Chinese medicine was introduced from the points of talent team, medical quality, characteristics of Chinese medicine, academic heritage, teaching and scientific research, nursing team and propaganda platform, in order to provide references for the managers of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
