摘要
民族地区在经济发展、金融体系、民众素质等方面和其他地方都有差异,因此对于民族地区货币政策必须要因地制宜推进,形成适合民族地区情况的货币操作工具,进行针对性的窗口指导等,另外,基于货币政策因地制宜可能会造成的理解分歧或出现的问题、矛盾也需要提前明确和理清思路。
