摘要
为了探讨翁苋颗粒对雏鸡感染鸡白痢后疗效及IL-2、IFN-γ的影响,采用腹腔注射鸡白痢沙门菌菌液的方法人工复制鸡白痢的病理模型,通过在饲料中添加一定比例的翁苋颗粒,于试验前、攻毒后、试验后各组随机取雏鸡抽取心血,分离血清检测雏鸡IL-2、IFN-γ的含量。结果翁苋颗粒高剂量组、阳性药物组对雏鸡白痢的治愈率、有效率最高。与空白组比较,模型组雏鸡IL-2的含量升高,差异极显著(P<0.01),IFN-γ的含量无显著性差异;与模型组比较,翁苋各组雏鸡IL-2的含量降低,差异极显著(P<0.01),IFN-γ的含量无显著性差异。表明翁苋颗粒能防治雏鸡白痢,其作用与促进雏鸡体液免疫水平,增强其非特异性免疫功能有关。
To investigate the Weng Xian granule on the. expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ after chicks infected with salmonella. Healthy chicks were infected with pullorosis salmonella bacteria though intraperitoneal injection to develop pullorosis, and Weng Xian granule was supplemented into feed in certain ratio. Chicks were randomly selected to draw blood samples from hearts to detect the content of IL-2 and IFN-T before and after treatment. The cure rate and efficient of pullorosis were the highest in Weng Xian granule high dose group, positive drug group. Compared with the blank group, the content of IL-2 was significantly higher in model group, but(P 〈 0. 01), there was no significant difference for IFN-γ. Compared with the model group, the content of IL-2 lower significantly in Weng Xian each group( P 〈 0, 01 ), but there was no significant difference for IFN-γ content. Weng Xian granule can pre-vent and treat pullorosis, and its action is likely to promote humoral immune level in chicks and strengthen the nonspecific immune function.
