摘要
某超星级酒店项目结构设计复杂,施工技术要求高.其局部结构采用型钢混凝土结构,不同专业之间协调困难,施工方案设计过程存在挑战,为此,在此项目中利用BIM技术的可视化、可模拟性等优势对项目转换层桁架的复杂节点进行问题分析及实施方案的选择,完成钢结构和钢筋的合理排布,为后期的施工提供准确的依据.此外,进一步思考BIM技术的经济效益,如控制工程质量、节约材料、节约工期等,为其他项目的BIM实施提供参考.
The structural design of a super star hotel is very complex, and this project requires a high degree of construction technology. The local structure of the project uses steel reinforced concrete structure, resulting in difficulties of coordination and challenges in construction program design. Therefore, the problem of complex nodes in the truss of transfer layer in this project were analyzed and the right implementation plan was chosen by using the advantages of visualization and simulation of BIM technology. The reasonable arrangement of the steel structure and the steel bar provides the accurate basis for the later construction. And further consideration of the economic benefits of BIM technology, such as quality control, materials control and time save, provides references to projects implementing BIM technique.
