摘要
目的 研究分析米非司酮配合卡孕栓联合心理干预终止瘢痕子宫妊娠的疗效评价.方法 选取浙江省玉环县中医院于2015年3月-2016年12月期间瘢痕子宫妊娠终止的产妇60例做本次研究研究过程中的实验组,选择无瘢痕子宫妊娠的产妇60作为本次研究过程中的对照组.相关医护人员需加强与患者的沟通,了解患者内心的负面想法,利用自己的专业知识为患者解决疑惑,消除不安和焦虑,提高患者的治疗依从性,建立患者治疗信心;实验组与对照组患者均进行米非司酮治疗,口服使用,患者在药物治疗的第3天应实验卡孕栓进行服用,该药选取空腹用药,在阴道后穹隆上放置.比较分析实验组与对照组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应情况.结果 经过治疗后,实验组60例患者中,治疗总有效例数为55例,无效例数为5例,治疗有效率为91.7%.对照组60例患者中,治疗总有效例数为48例,无效例数为12例,治疗有效率为80.0%.可得,实验组治疗效果显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.治疗后,实验组妊娠产物排出时间以及阴道出血量和宫缩发动时间与对照组患者相比,差异无统计学意义.对照组患者中,发生不良反应的例数为8例,概率为13.3%,实验组患者中,发生不良反应的例数为4例,概率为6.7%.可得,实验组不良反应发生概率显著低于对照组患者,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 米非司酮配合卡孕栓治疗联合心理干预终止瘢痕子宫效果较好,不良反应发生率较低,治疗有效率较高,安全性较高,具有临床进一步推广和应用的意义.
