多孔橡胶改性沥青混合料吸声特性与应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过室内试验对废旧橡胶改性沥青混合料吸声特性进行了研究。室内试验表明:8.0%的沥青掺入量是橡胶沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量值;橡胶改性沥青混合料的吸声性能随着试件厚度增加而增加;橡胶改性沥青混合料的孔隙越多,表面越粗糙,吸声性能越好;考虑经济效益,建议取橡胶粉的掺入量为15%。工程实例表明橡胶改性沥青降噪路面具有良好的降噪效果,其降噪性能平均比SUP与AC路面降低了约3 d B,比SMA路面降低了1.5 d B,降噪效果优异。 In this paper the sound absorption characteristic of waste rubber modified asphalt mixture is studied by laboratory test. The results show that 8% asphalt mixture quantity is the best asphalt content of rubber asphalt mixture; the sound absorption performance of rubber modified asphalt mixture increases with the increase of specimen thickness; the more pores of rubber modified asphalt mixture,the more rough the surface,the better the sound absorption; considering the economic benefits,it is suggested that the incorporation of rubber powder is 15%. Engineering examples show that:rubber modified asphalt pavement noise reduction has a good noise reduction effect,its average noise reduction performance is lower than SUP and AC pavement reduced by about 3 d B,SMA pavement than 1. 5 d B.
