摘要
探讨在新联勤保障体制下,提升联勤医院为部队服务保障效能问题;就构建联勤卫勤保障体系、提升核心卫勤保障能力、提升为兵服务保障质量、健全常态监管奖惩机制提出具体措施建议。
This paper showed how to improve the military support efficiency of the joint service hospital in the new logistic system. We put forward suggestions for the construction of logistics system of medical support and enhancement of the core ability of medical support and the quality of service for the army. How to improve the normal supervision mechanism was also discussed.
