摘要
以棕榈酰氯、异丙醇为原料,用氢氧化钠作缚酸剂,直接反应合成了棕榈酸异丙酯(IPP)。分析和讨论了原料棕榈酰氯与异丙醇的物质的量比,缚酸剂种类,缚酸剂用量,反应温度,反应时间对产物收率的影响,得出了最优条件。在该条件下,IPP的产品纯度可以达到99%以上,收率88.6%。
IPP was synthesized by the direct reaction of palmitoyl chloride and isopropanol with sodium hydroxide as the acid-binding agent.The influences of reaction condition,including mole ratio of reactants,acid-binding agent,acid-binding agent dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of product was analyzed and the optimal conditions were obtained.In these conditions,product purity of IPP can reach more than 99%,the yield was 88.6%.
