摘要
目的观察葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗冠心病的临床效果及对脂质代谢的影响。方法选择2015年10月~2016年9月于上海中医药大学曙光医院、上海交通大学附属新华医院、上海交通大学附属第九人民医院、上海中医药大学附属普陀区中心医院住院的120例冠心病患者,将其按1∶2的比例随机分为对照组(40例)和葛兰心宁组(80例)。两组均予西药常规治疗,在此基础上,葛兰心宁组加用葛兰心宁软胶囊,疗程12周。观察两组中医证候疗效、心绞痛积分和血脂的变化。结果治疗后葛兰心宁组总有效率为78.6%,显著高于对照组(29.4%),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组心绞痛积分均较治疗显著降低(P<0.01),且葛兰心宁组心绞痛积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),葛兰心宁组三酰甘油(TG)、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),而对照组TG、non-HDL-C治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(Apo A)、载脂蛋白B(Apo B)组内治疗前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,葛兰心宁组TG明显低于对照组,Apo A明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上加用葛兰心宁软胶囊能够有效改善患者临床症状,调节脂质代谢,且安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Gelan Xinning Soft Capsules in the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease and the influence on lipid metabolism. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease hospitalized in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Ninth People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Putuo Central Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group（40 cases）and Gelan Xinning group（80 cases） by the ratio of 1∶2. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,on basis of which, Gelan Xinning group was treated with Gelan Xinning Soft Capsules, the course was 12 weeks. The efficacy of TCM syndromes, scores of angina pectoris, changes of blood lipid in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of Gelan Xinning group was 78.6%, which was higher than that in the control group（29.4%）, the difference was highly statistically significant（P〈0.01）. After treatment, the scores of angina pectoris in the two groups were all significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.01）, and the scores of angina pectoris in the Gelan Xinning group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） in the two groups were all statistically significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, the levels of triglyceride（TG）,non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（non-HDL-C）in the Gelan Xinning group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.01）, while there were no statistically significant differences of TG, non-HDL-C within the control group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences of high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）, apolipoprotein A（Apo A）, apolipoprotein B（Apo B） within the two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the TG in Gelan Xinning group was lower than that of control group,Apo A was higher than that of control group, the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On basis of conventional treatment, Gelan Xinning Soft Capsules in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and regulate the lipid metabolism, and it is safe and effective.
