摘要
高职教育以培养技能型人才为目标,高职院校则需在培育能工巧匠方面发挥作用。高职院校分析化学技能操作通过工匠精神的培育和熏陶,为学生在职业岗位上成长为精湛技艺的能工巧匠奠定素质基础,同时在学习完整的知识、技术与技能的过程中,引导学生养成执着追求技艺的信念,并在精益求精的技艺追求中感受愉悦与满足。
High vocational education is developed to cultivate skilled talents, and high vocational schools play a more important role in cultivating skilledtalent, moreover, the practical in the analysis of chemical skills in vocational schools lay a solid foundation of students＇ process of becoming skilled talents, and develop the sense of craftsman spirit. At the same time, in the study of knowledge, technology and skills, students are able to cultivate persistence, and embrace happiness and satisfaction in process of studying skills in pursuing perfection.
