摘要
针对一座连续梁桥120 MN转体球铰,按照常规方法和改进的方法分别计算了球铰理论转动偏心距,结果表明项目给出的实际偏心距均小于球铰理论转动偏心距,不会引起球铰竖向转动。同时,通过有限元仿真计算了偏心受载状态下球铰部件的受力和变形情况,以及对球铰转动摩擦性能的影响,计算结果表明偏载对球铰强度、刚度和摩擦性能的影响较小。理论计算和仿真模拟结果表明了球铰在偏载状态下设计的安全性,为工程项目的实施提供参考。
According to the conventional and improved two methods,the theoretical rotation eccentricities of the 120 MN spherical hinge were calculated respectively. The results showed that the actual eccentricity given by the project was less than the calculated value. The actual eccentricity would not cause the vertical rotation of spherical hinge. At the same time,the finite element simulation was used to calculate the stress and deformation of spherical hinge parts,and the influence on the friction performance of spherical hinge was also analyzed. The calculated results showthat the eccentric load has less influence on the strength,stiffness and friction performance of spherical hinge. The theoretical calculated and simulated results verified the safety of spherical hinge under eccentric load condition design. The results can provide a reference for the implementation of the project.
