摘要
目的研究丰容环境对小鼠的生长、繁殖及自主活动的影响。方法取3周龄SPF级KM小鼠120只,雌雄各半,饲养在屏障系统环境的开放式鼠盒中,自由采食。根据鼠盒中放置的玩具不同将小鼠随机分成4组:隧道环境组、迷宫环境组、休息屋环境组与对照组。观察记录每组小鼠每周的生长体重及其自主活动情况,并记录其成年交配后产仔数量、仔鼠成活率以及胎次间隔情况。结果第1周检测时,各丰容环境组小鼠体重与对照组比较,休息屋环境组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),隧道环境组与迷宫环境组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第2周检测时,各丰容环境组小鼠体重高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第3、4周检测时,小鼠体重与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,迷宫环境组的小鼠产仔量增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,休息屋环境组的小鼠离乳率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,各组小鼠的胎次间隔时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,各环境组小鼠检测时小鼠自主活动次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隧道环境、迷宫环境、休息屋环境等丰容环境对小鼠的生长和繁殖性能以及自主活动都产生一定的影响。
Objective To study the effect of enrichment environment on the growth, the reproduction and autonomous activities of mice. Methods 120 three weeks old KM mice, one half male and one half female, were randomized divided into four groups: tunnel environment group, maze environment group, rest house environmental group and control group. They were feed in the open box in SPF( Specific Pathogen Free, SPF) barrier system environment. The growth of body weight and locomotor ac- tivity in each group were observed and recorded weekly, and the number of offspring, survival rate, time interval between two fetuses were recorded. Results The average mice body weight in the rest house environment group was significantly lower than that in control group( P 〈 0. 05 ), while there were' no significant differences between the other two environment groups in the first week (P 〉 0. 05 ). The average mice body weight in the three enrichment environment groups were significantly higher than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05 ) in the second week. There were no significant differences of the average mice body weight compared with that in control group in the third or the fourth week(P 〉0. 05). The average capacity of mice bearing in the maze environ- ment group significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05 ) while there were no significant differences in average litter amount of the other two groups compared with the control group( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the weaning rate of mice in rest house environmental group significantly de- creased (P 〈 0. 05 ) and there were no significant differences in the other two groups compared with that in control group (P 〉 0. 05 ) ; there were no significant differences of time interval between two fetuses of mice in each groups compared with that in the control group( P 〉 0. 05 ). There were significant decrease in spontaneous activities of mice in each environment group compared with that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The growth and reproductive performance and activities of mice were af- fected by the adaptation period of tunnel environment, maze environment and rest room environment.
