摘要
目的分析食物中毒调查处置中存在问题,提出相应对策。方法结合工作实际与相关文献,分析存在问题。结果在食物中毒调查中存在不及时报告,专业队伍建设不足,缺乏完整、客观的流行病学资料和对样本采集重视程度不够等问题。结论需要加强沟通、畅通报告渠道,规范操作、留样确保安全,提升能力、增加辅助工具,体系建设、建设专业队伍,严谨科学,提高报告质量。
Objective To analyze the problems existing in the investigation and disposal of food poisoning,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Combined with the actual work and related literature,analysis of existing problems. Results In the investigation of food poisoning,there is no timely report,lack of professional team construction,the lack of complete and objective epidemiological data and the lack of attention to the sample collection and so on. Conclusion Need to strengthen communication,smooth reporting channels,standardize operations,to ensure safety,enhance the ability to enhance the auxiliary tools,system construction,construction of professional team,rigorous science,to strengthen the quality of the report.
