摘要
目的了解专业志愿护理队伍在居家养老服务过程中遇到的问题,为促进专业志愿护理队伍可持续发展提供参考意见。方法采用现象学研究,对10名护理专业志愿者进行半结构访谈,使用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果专业志愿护理队伍招募与培训程序简单,缺乏工作监督与评价机制,志愿护理队伍的激励机制单一,服务活动资金不足,法律意识薄弱。结论政府应加强扶持力度,完善相关法律法规,专业志愿护理队伍应加强自身建设,提升组织能力,拓展融资渠道,建立完善的激励机制和监督评估体系,提高护理志愿者法律意识。
Objective To explore the problems of professional volunteer nursing team in family endowment, in order to provide reference for promoting continuing development of professional nursing team. Methods By using phenomenology research, half structure interview was used in 10 nursing volunteers, component analysis was used to analyzed data. Results The recruitment and training process of professional volunteer nursing team was simple, it lacked of work- ing supervised and assessment mechanism, the motivation mechanism of volunteer nursing team was singleness, serve activity funding was insufficient, legal sense was weakness. Condusion The government should enhance service force,improve related law and regulation. The professional volunteer nursing team should en- hance self - construction, improve organizing ability, enlarge funding way, establish completed motivation mechanism and supervised assessment system, improve nursing volunteer legal sense.
