摘要
由于建筑能耗占全社会终端能耗的比重较大,我国正大力开展建筑节能及既有建筑节能改造,目前的外墙保温系统改造方法有外墙外表面外贴聚苯板、岩棉板及酚醛板等保温材料,或者抹、发泡保温浆料等,相比于传统的改造方法,免拆模板发泡水泥具有结构简单、施工方便快捷等优点,文中以大庆市东安小区4-33#住宅楼为例,对4个单元中的2个单元进行了外墙免拆模板发泡水泥保温系统的改造,并依据居住建筑节能检测标准进行了检测和对比,结果表明改造的两个单元比未改造的保温效果好,节能效果显著。
As the building energy consumption accounts for a larger proportion of the total energy consumption of the whole society, our country is vigorously carrying out building energy efficiency and existing building energy conservation. The present transformation methods of external wall insulation sys- tem include paste up insulation materials on the exterior surface of wall, such as polystyrene board, rock wool board and phenolic board or smear and foam insulation slurry. Compared with the traditional meth- od of transformation, the non - demoulding formwork foaming cement has the advantages of simple struc- ture, convenient construction and other advantages. In this paper, we take the DongAn 4-33~residential building which situated in DaQing city as an example. We remodeled the non - dismantling formwork foaming cement thermal insulation system of the external wall in two units of four. Moreover, and tested the energy - saving conditions of the two units and compared the results with the residential building en- ergy saving testing standard. The results show that the transformable two units have the better insulation effect than unmodified, energy saving effect is remarkable.
